supplement stack for soccer??? where to buy?

I’m about to buy some supplements and hoped i could get some help

I workout with weights 3 times (Mon, Wed, Fri) a week for an hour (very quick between sets and exercises)

i clean somedays, squat somedays, bench somedays, arms somedays, core everyday.

I have soccer practice/conditioning 5 times a week (Mon-Fri)
a lot of tight footwork, good sprinting, running.

I have a soccer games on every sunday.

I going to add supplements to my workouts.

my mindset is a protein for mid-workout (inbetween weights and practice) and post workout (after all my workouts are done)
—–Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard™ is what i’m thinking about getting

and a pre-workout i was thinking creatine by itself but not i’m thinking about a pre-workout stack with creatine like
—– BSN® NO-XPLODE

questions????

is it good to take protein inbetween workouts? (<30 minutes apart)
should i take a creatine stack (No-explode) or pure creatine?
are there products better than these products i’m thinking about?
where should i buy them?

i’m over 21, done with university, not a professional.

is protein and creating banned by sports leagues?

skip the noxplode. That stuff gives me the trots and make me sick to my stomach!

Whey protein is a high performance functional food that can definitely aid in recovery and improve your immune function. And if a muscle is stimulated properly, whey can help repair and build new muscle tissue.

Treat whey protein as a high performance meal. It can be taken anytime, but it is best right after a strenuous workout!

Make sure you use a pure whey protein with No artificial Sweeteners, No artificial Flavors, No artificial Fillers etc.
