hey i’ve been bodybuilding for quite a while now , and i enjoy training but slowly realizing when does it stop i mean i enjoy training but the nutrition side of it kind of lets it down i mean when do you stop eating healthily making sure you have set routine meals and forcing your body to eat repetitive meals , and when do you stop taking supplements , well all im trying to get at is that it ends up being never like i really enjoy working out but it seems to of caught me into a depressive hook as i don’t want to stop supplements because my physique will be ruined and you cant stop with nutrition as your body will be ruined i mean i understand body building is a life style but it controls your life , waking up making sure you eat correctly , if you miss a workout you want to kill yourself i just find it quite stressful and have kind of hit a depressive stage into bodybuilding as theres no stopping it just seems like Alot of effort to me having to do everything correct and 100% accurate as missing a meal or a training day could ruin your week and physique , i no i haven’t set this question in a easy way but i hope you can get kind of what i mean i just find it a very tolerant sport which takes up Alot of your time and it was spose to be enjoyable , but didn’t tell me to quit because i would hate seeing my body decrease
You have to remember why you did it in the first place. It helps if it is for a real sake, like getting kids in shape (your kids if you have them).
It could also be that you need to try something new. Try building your body to best yourself and fight off temptation, or stop body building and try something else entirely.
after I quit powerlifting I did more lean mean fast twitch exercises, and I feel good with them because I have the mass and the speed I want.
And yes, most people go through a depressive stage. Don’t let it control your life, control it to benefit your life.

Does this actually work for improving strength or is it just for making your muscles look bigger(which i don’t really care about). I want to improve my strength for joining the Army. Would this supplement help and would the result be permanent after i stopped taking it but kept exercising?.
You really dont need them . if you exercise daily do maybe 100 press ups a day and eat good protein maybe eggs for breakfast? and a steak for dinner ? it will get you built in no time at all !

What is a cheap website to buy Beverly International Nutrition supplements?
I use a website for most of my supplements called World Class Nutrition.com and they seem to have the best prices on Beverly International Nutrition, but if there is a website thats has good service that is cheaper I would be willing to switch. Beverly products are hands down the best supplements for bodybuilding and sports nutrition. I have been using them for over 25 years.
Supplements To Go always have Beverly in stock, and they are priced pretty competitively. Check them out at www.supplementstogo.com

artificial sports nutrition…HELP!!?
do artificial sport nutrition and supplements cause any side effects??
is it safe for consumption?…as in will it cause any complications in the future??
It all depends on what you are taking. There is creatine and I would say no, however, one company adds ingredients that spike your body’s insulin in order for the creatine to be absorbed quicker. That supplement is not safe to take all the time or even by certain people.
Not every supplement is safe or has everything that it has in it listed on the nutrition facts. That is where doing your own research comes in handy so you can find out yourself. Make sure that you are looking up what each supplement does to your body before you take it.
If you are smart about supplements they will work and be worth your money with out side effects, if you just buy something because it looks like the new craze then you might as well not even buy anything.
