  4. high insulin levels …
high insulin levels is the root of most diseases but it seems like you not aware of this yet so why dont you do a little basic research before you open your mouth and call someone else an idiot when in reality you are the real ignorant idiot. she mentioned many fruits and even potatoes which are near 100 in the GI Index which you probably dont even know about either and which people shouldnt eat much of if they want to keep healthy insulin sensitivity.

  6. that faulse.. MANY …
that faulse.. MANY other foods got more antioxidants than strawberries and potatoes, and even blueberries..

Example: Astaxin (gets it from krill and “alger”- in norwegiaN)

Acai berries, from the amazonas, has proven to have twice as much antioxidants than blueberries, Granat-apple… and so much more.. This would maybe be the “top most eaten antioxidant food”

I think you are right. When the USDA conducted their tests, they may have included the most popular fruits and veggies .. thus, black currants are probably a super fruit as well. The way I look at it, the more fruits and veggies we all eat, the better!
    Thanks for your comment.

I also asked why wild and cultivated blueberries differ in antioxidant levels?? This is very weird.

~MealMakeoverTV, I think I was commenting Your video and my post seems to have disappeared.

It’s a shame because I was hoping to get an answer why blackcurrants haven’t been listed even though they are known to contain more anthocyanins than blueberries, cranberries, grapes, apples etc. plus they have record ammounts of vitamin C????
I suggested that maybe the study investigates only the most promoted products on American market.

Thanks for your comment. The segment we did focused on the USDA evaluation of 100 fruits and vegetables. The Acai berry was not included in that particular research project, which is why we did not address it.
We appreciate the heads up and will certainly consider an Acai berry segment in the future!
